i have not been able to use my ‘GREEN’ button for quite long now. Any suggestion about this. And another thing is that my phone have this green and blue spot light and only visible when is on black screen. Any method to resolved these problems. Thank you so much. P.s if possible i dont want to get rid of any files and harm my phone and prone to virus.

I tried to hard reset my nok 5530 and it request for sec. code and i entered the 12345 code but it dosn’t work. pls help.
