Nokia’s new flagship N900 announced leaves N97 far behind

When N95 was first introduced by Nokia it was the best smartphone of that time.What happened to Nokia after releasing N95, it became bestseller so Nokia decided to take rest or rather release similar models with little variations.In the meantime, the competitors released their flagship models such as Samsung Omnia HD, HTC Touch HD, Apple iphone 3GS,Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 etc. But in today’s world of break-neck competition you won’t survive if you’re not innovative.

After lot of criticism now it seems that Nokia has awaken and released it’s Flagship model N900 to give answer to all smartphone makers.Let’s see what it has to offer.

  • Maemo 5, Linux based operating System

  • Web Browser – Similar to Mozilla Firefox PC Web Browser in functionality with Adobe Flash 9.4 and full AJAX support.
  • Primary Camera (Back): 5 MP Autofocus Camera with Dual LED Flash and maximum video resolution of 848×480 at 25 fps.
  • Secondary Camera (Front): VGA – 640×480 video resolution
  • 32 GB internal Memory

Release - Nokia N900 is expected to release in October this year.

Price - The estimated price of  N900 is $714.
